Vardhanam Buildcon Private Limited is based in Gwalior. You can find us at D-15 on Sachin Tendulkar Marg, which is in the New Govindpuri area. We are in the care of R P Jha. Gwalior is a city with a lot of old buildings and history, but Sachin Tendulkar Marg is a bit more modern. It’s a well-known road, so it’s not too hard to find our way around. New Govindpuri is a decent place to have an office. Our spot at D-15 is pretty quiet, which helps when we have a lot of work to get through. It’s not a huge office building with a lobby and security guards. It’s more like a regular house or a small commercial unit. We have our own way of doing things here. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs might squeak a little, but it works for us. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and the planning that goes into our daily operations. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics that get the job done. The 474007 area is a good home for us. We’ve been here for some time now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a little, but we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the work. It’s a practical setup for a team that just wants to stay busy and productive. We like the local vibe of the street.
