Varchie Tech Private Limited

Varchie Tech Private Limited is based in Prem Nagar Colony, right behind the Chola Dasehra Ground. Specifically, we’re at E-1-2. Being near the Dasehra ground means it gets really busy during festival times, which is always interesting to see. Our office is in Nishalpura, part of the Huzur area in Bhopal. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood. The building we’re in isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and has enough space for our equipment. We have a few rooms where we set up our workstations. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have some old chairs and the desks are a bit scratched up, but they work fine. We’ve been here in Madhya Pradesh for a while. The 462010 area is where we do our daily work. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things going. We don’t have a human resources department or big managers. We just talk to each other and figure out who is doing what. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. We try to stay focused on the tasks. It’s a very local feel here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple life and we like the location behind the ground.
