If you head over to the B.H.E.L side of Bhopal, you’ll find us at LIG - 62 in Ratnagiri Piplani. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we actually prefer over a cold business park. Urbanmatrix Technologies Private Limited has been based here for a while, and the neighbors know us by now. The office is inside one of those standard LIG houses, so it feels very grounded and local. We have converted the main rooms into workspaces. There are plenty of wires and monitors everywhere, which is pretty much the standard look for a tech company like ours. Being in Bhopal-462021 means we are close to a lot of industrial activity, but our street stays relatively calm. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just have people who know their way around technology. In the mornings, we usually start with a quick chat about what needs to get finished by the afternoon. We take turns bringing in snacks, and the local shops nearby are where we get our daily supplies. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just work steady hours and try to do a good job with the projects we take on. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, but mostly we just stick to a regular schedule. It is a practical setup for a practical team.
