Mpcg Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Gour Bhawan on the Main Road in Misrod. It’s in the Dolariya Tehsil area. Anand Kumar Gour is the one who helps us manage the space there. Being on the main road is very helpful because the big trucks can get in and out without much trouble. We focus on the local agro business, mostly grains and whatever else is in season. The office itself is very basic. We have some old desks and a few fans that hum all day long. It gets quite warm in Misrod during the summer months. We see a lot of people passing by our door and many of them stop in to say hello. We know most of the farming families in the Dolariya area. We spend our time trying to figure out the best way to move the produce to the buyers. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on truck drivers. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to scramble to fix it. We aren't a polished corporate team with fancy suits. We are just local people who know the land and the crops. Anand has been around for a long time and he knows how to handle the local markets. It’s more of a community project than a cold business. We just want to keep everything running smoothly so everyone can make a living. It’s hard work but it’s what we know best.
