Subodh Book Depot

Our book depot is located at Plot No 13 within the Major Shopping Complex. We are right across the street from Batra Hospital in Zone I of MP Nagar. It’s an extremely busy area, mostly because of the hospital and all the coaching centers nearby. We spend our days surrounded by tall stacks of textbooks and exam guides. The shop is quite deep, but the aisles are narrow because we try to fit as much stock as possible on the shelves. It’s always a bit of a scramble when a new school term starts and everyone needs their materials at the same time. The lights in the shopping complex are a bit dim, so it can be hard to read the titles on the bottom shelves without leaning down. We have a small desk at the front where we handle everything. It’s usually covered in invoices and loose pens. Because we are in MP Nagar, there’s always noise from the traffic and the people walking by outside. The dust is a constant battle, especially with all the construction that seems to be going on around here. We’ve been here for years, so we know most of the regular students who come in. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are and come by when they need something specific. It’s a straightforward, busy life in a very crowded part of the city.
