Book Palace

You can find Book Palace over at Shop No. 57 in the 10 No. Market. We are right in the middle of Arera Colony, which is a place that always has something going on. Our shop is just one of many in the busy market, but we have been here long enough that most local people know to look for us. It is a modest space, packed with books from the floor all the way to the ceiling. We do not have fancy carpets or designer shelves. It is just basic wooden racks and a whole lot of paper. Being in 10 No. Market means we get all kinds of people, from students looking for textbooks to residents of Arera Colony just looking for something to read over the weekend. We are not a big chain with a corporate office somewhere else. It is just us running the shop every day. We spend most of our time unpacking heavy boxes and trying to find a little more space for new arrivals. Sometimes it is a bit of a squeeze to get through the narrow aisles, but that is just part of the experience here. We like the bustle of the market. It is loud, it is busy, and there is always someone looking for a specific title. We do our best to help them find it without making things complicated. We keep our hours regular and our work very simple. It’s just how we do things.
