Books N Books

At Plot No. 63, right by Stop No. 10 in Arera Colony, you will find Books N Books. This isn't one of those massive chain bookstores you find in the big shopping centers. It's a more personal space where we keep a wide variety of reading material. Arera Colony is a nice area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a good while. The shop is filled with the smell of old and new paper. We have books piled on tables and lined up on tall shelves that sometimes lean a bit. We don't follow a very strict filing system; it's more about knowing the general area where things are kept. People often come in just to browse and end up staying for an hour because they found something they weren't even looking for. It's a quiet atmosphere, away from the main road's chaos. We have some regular customers who have been coming since they were kids, and now they bring their own children in. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or bright signs. The focus is just on the books and making sure people have something good to read. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon hits hard, so we have to scramble to move the stock around. It’s just part of running a small business in this town. We are happy just being the local book spot.
