S.R.N.D. Buildcon Private Limited is located in Sector-B of Sundar Nagar, over in the Ashoka Garden area of Bhopal. We’re at number 04. It’s a pretty busy part of town, which is good for business but bad for quiet. We’ve been doing construction work around Bhopal for a while now. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just like building things. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of someone typing or a fan humming. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all known each other for years. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific site problem, but we always figure it out. It’s not a perfect business—we’ve had equipment break down at the worst times and deliveries show up late. But that's just construction. You learn to deal with it. We don't use fancy words to impress anyone. If you want something built, we tell you what it’ll take and how much it’ll cost. Most of our work comes from people who’ve seen what we did down the street. We’re just regular folks working hard in 462023. Our desks are covered in old files and calculators, and that's exactly how we like it. It feels real. No polished sales pitches here, just us doing our best day in and day out to make sure the work is solid.
