This part of Bhopal-462021 is mostly quiet, which is great for the kind of technical work we do. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a small yard out front where we sometimes sit when we need a break from the screens. It’s a comfortable place to be, hence the name of the colony I suppose. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate so people don’t miss us. Inside, every room has a different purpose. One room is full of servers and another has our main workstations. We don't have a formal dress code here. You’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We’ve lived in Madhya Pradesh all our lives and starting this business in Narela Shankari felt like the natural thing to do. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We have our busy days where we stay late to finish a project, but we also have times when things are slower and we can just chat. Dealing with the local power cuts is just part of the routine, so we have our backups ready. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a reliable one that does its job well.
