We are SHRIJI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED and our main office is at P. NO. 28, Aditya Housing Samiti on Surabhi Avenue. This is in the Barkheda Pathani area of Bhopal. It’s a quiet enough part of town which is good because it lets us focus on our building projects without too much distraction. We’ve been developing properties for a while now and we’ve seen how Bhopal has expanded toward this side. Our office isn’t anything too fancy just a place with some desks and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. Building houses or commercial spots takes a lot of patience and there are always unexpected things that pop up during construction. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build. Some days we are out in the sun all day checking on the progress of a new foundation. Other days we are stuck inside doing the paperwork that keeps the government happy. We have a small team and we all know each other well which makes the long days a bit easier. We aren’t interested in being the most famous builders in Madhya Pradesh. We just want to do a decent job so that the people who move into our buildings are satisfied. It’s simple work really and we take it seriously.
