Shri Satguru Food Industries

Shri Satguru Food Industries is based at 144 D, Sec-H, in the Govindpura Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it is always loud and there is a lot of dust in the air from all the factories nearby. Our unit is a straightforward workspace where we handle food processing. It is a large open floor with different stations for different tasks. We have some heavy machinery that we have used for years, and we know all their little quirks and sounds. The office is just a tiny room at the front with a view of the street. It is usually cluttered with samples and order forms. We do not have any fancy furniture or decorations. The people who work here are locals who have been in this industry for a long time. We do not have a human resources department or any corporate policies. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. Govindpura is a tough area, but it has a lot of heart. We usually have a tea vendor who comes by twice a day, and that is when we all take a few minutes to relax. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic tubes, but it is a solid place to work. We are not interested in making things look better than they are. We just focus on the food and making sure the quality is what it should be before it leaves our gate.
