Shreemantara Infrastructures Private Limited is over on the first floor of Plot No. 80. We are right on 3 EME Center Road in the Data Colony area of Bhopal. It’s a busy spot because of the military center nearby, so there is always a lot of movement. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit now, and it suits us just fine. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different crews across Bhopal. Infrastructure work is never really finished; there’s always a road that needs fixing or a new pipe that needs to be laid somewhere. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s mostly just desks, maps of the city, and stacks of project files. The weather in Bhopal can be unpredictable, which makes planning our outdoor work a bit of a gamble sometimes. We’ve had days where we had to stop everything because of a sudden downpour. But we just wait it out and get back to it when the clouds clear. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Madhya Pradesh, we just want to do the work that’s in front of us. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a business sometimes. We know the 462030 area like the back of our hands and we’re glad to be part of the local community here in Data Colony.
