Our place is located at Plot No. 1/11 on the CRPF Road, specifically in the Mungla 18 area. It's quite easy to find since we are close to the Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School. You can often hear the school bell ringing while we're working inside, which is a nice way to tell the time. We started this food business because we wanted to do something practical in our own neighborhood. The building is a simple plot where we handle various food items. It’s not a corporate office with suites and ties; most of us wear comfortable clothes because the work involves a lot of moving around and lifting heavy boxes. The traffic on CRPF Road can get a bit heavy during school pick-up and drop-off times, so we usually schedule our deliveries around those hours to avoid getting stuck. We have a small group of staff members who live nearby and walk to work every morning. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decorations out front. We just keep the space clean and the inventory organized. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when a large shipment arrives unexpectedly, but we manage to sort it out. We just take things day by day and try to keep things moving without making a big scene about it. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the noise from the street and the occasional loud machine. We like being part of this local community and seeing familiar faces every day.
