Our office is over at Akrati Garden in Kotra Nehru Nagar, specifically at B-101. It’s a pretty quiet part of Bhopal compared to the city center. We spend our time working on colony development and getting everything ready for people to move in. It’s a lot of coordination with builders and local authorities, which keeps us busy most weeks. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group trying to put together decent housing options around here. Some days are slow, filled with just reading over maps or checking on site progress. Other days we have people coming in to ask about plots and how the installments work. We try to be clear about what’s available without making it sound like a sales pitch. It’s just land and buildings, at the end of the day. The office is tucked away in the residential block, so it feels more like a home office than a big business center. We prefer it that way. It makes talking to neighbors and potential buyers a bit more relaxed. We’ve been focusing on this Bhopal area for a bit now. There is a lot of growth happening nearby, and we’re just trying to be a part of it in a small way. If you’re near Nehru Nagar, you might have seen our gate. We mostly just focus on the projects in front of us.
