Shailgroup

Shailgroup is based out of Bhopal, and you can find us specifically in the Malviya Nagar area. We have our workspace at S-2 in the Kashif Complex. There is sometimes a bit of confusion with the address because we have some ties to the Sanchi Complex in Shivaji Nagar too, but Malviya Nagar is where we spend the bulk of our time. The building is one of those older ones where you end up knowing everyone’s name after just a week of working there. It is a very functional and practical setup for us. We have our desks, our computer screens, and usually a lot of paper stacked up. Bhopal can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we have to rely on the ceiling fans quite a bit to stay comfortable. Our team is relatively small and we have all been working alongside each other for several years now. We do not have any kind of corporate handbook or formal rules. We just show up every morning and handle whatever business happens to come through the front door. It is a quiet place for the most part, unless we are having a meeting or the man who brings the tea comes around for his daily visit. People in the complex are quite friendly. We like being in this part of the city because it is central and easy to reach for most folks, even with the traffic on the main road. It is just a normal office space.
