Arera Colony is one of those places in Bhopal where everyone knows someone. Our shop is number 11 on the third floor of Metro Plaza. It’s right there in Bitthan Market, which gets very busy on certain days of the week when everyone comes out to shop. You can hear the noise from the street sometimes through the windows, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a lot of tech and software things. It’s just us and our computers mostly. The office is a bit small, and we have to stack boxes in the corner sometimes because there isn't much storage space. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have a small kettle and some sugar in the cupboard. It’s a practical place to work. We spend a lot of time typing and talking on the phone with people who need help with their computer systems. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day since we usually take the stairs. The Metro Plaza isn't the newest building in the city, but it's central and easy for people to find. We like being in the middle of everything in Bhopal. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is a big plus for us. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand.
