Getting to the office involves heading down Ayodhya Bypass Road to the Sagar Landmark building. We are up on the eighth floor in B-802, so the view of Bhopal is actually pretty decent when the weather is clear. It’s a busy part of town but inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of fans and people typing. Satiern Msp is where we manage systems for other businesses. It’s the kind of job where if everything is working right, nobody notices us, which is fine. We spend a lot of time looking at dashboards and fixing server issues before they become big headaches. The lift in this building is sometimes slow, so we end up chatting with the neighbors a lot. We aren't really about big speeches or polished presentations. We prefer just getting into the guts of a network and making sure it stays up. There are five or six of us usually here at any given time. We drink a lot of chai and talk about how to make these setups more stable. It’s practical work. We’ve seen all sorts of weird technical glitches over the years, so not much surprises us anymore. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients' operations running without any drama. It’s just how we operate here in Bhopal. We are easy to find if you just look for the Sagar Landmark sign on the main road and come on up to B-802.
