Our office is located at A-18/18 in the MIG part of Vasant Vihar. It is a typical neighborhood spot with people always moving around. SAMTVA INFRAA PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just our small team trying to handle local building projects. We are not a giant corporation with layers of managers and secretaries. It is usually just us talking over things at the big wooden table in the front room. Vasant Vihar is a nice place to work from. There is a bit of shade from the trees outside the gate, which really helps when the sun is beating down. We do a lot of the groundwork for local projects. This involves a lot of phone calls and checking on where the materials have reached. Sometimes things do not go exactly as planned, but we just fix the mistakes and keep moving. That is just how construction goes for everyone. We do not spend money on fancy marketing stuff because we are usually way too busy working. People around here know where to find us if they need something built. We have been in this building for some time now. It has a lived-in feel to it. We do not mind the clutter of blueprints and tile samples lying around on the floor. It shows we are actually doing something productive. Most of our days start quite early and end when the sun goes down. It is not a glamorous life, but it is our life. We just try to stay busy and keep the jobs coming in.
