ROSHAN RUMALI DEVELOPERS & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Office Rose, 1/342, Bunglow Gate No. 4 in New Minal. This is right off Govindpura Road in Bhopal. Being near New Minal is handy because it’s a well-known area and people can find us without getting lost too often. We do a mix of development and construction work which keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. The office is tucked away near the gate and it’s a comfortable enough place to work. We don’t go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture because we’d rather spend that money on better tools and reliable equipment. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around the big table talking about the latest project or arguing about where to get decent gravel. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. We don’t have a corporate handbook telling us how to speak to people. We just talk like normal people do. Construction can be a messy business with a lot of dust and noise but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Govindpura Road is always busy and we like being in the middle of that energy. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure every wall we put up is straight and every roof is solid. That’s about all there is to it. We just show up and do the work until it is finished.
