Ramadhar Biotech Llp is tucked away in Ambedkar Nagar, over in the Pokhari Tola area of Rewa. Our office is at House Number 26/494. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main market. We focus on the biotech side of things, but we aren't some giant laboratory with hundreds of people. It’s a small operation where we look at agricultural solutions and such. We’ve been in Rewa for a while and we like the people here. Our daily routine involves a lot of reading and testing out different things to see what works for the local soil. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important to us. The office is small and usually filled with samples and books. We don't really have a reception desk or a waiting room; if someone comes by, we just pull up a chair for them in the main room. We aren't trying to sound more important than we are. We're just local folks trying to use science to help out with farming and plants. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, but eventually, we figure it out. We don't use much fancy equipment, just the basics that get the job done. It's a practical way of living and working. Rewa is a good place to be, and Ambedkar Nagar is where we feel most at home. We just take things as they come and do the work.
