Our office is in Barkheda, right near the Gram Panchayat. Even though we are a private limited company, we don't really act like the ones in the city. Most of our work happens out in the fields or talking with farmers about their crops. Handling organic agricultural products means looking at seeds and soil all day. A fancy corporate office with air conditioning isn't what you’ll find here. It’s a simple building with some desks and plenty of paperwork about harvests. Being near the panchayat puts us in a central spot for the village. Instead of marketing speak and sales teams, we talk to the people growing the food and try to be helpful. The atmosphere is very practical. Dirt gets on the floor and samples of grain sit on the tables. It isn't a quiet place because of people coming in to ask questions or share news about the weather. A direct approach works best for us. There isn't a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just focus on the seeds and the plants. Following the natural seasons makes the business slow and steady. Our group in Barkheda simply tries to do something useful for local agriculture. The Gram Panchayat is right there if we need anything. Barkheda is a fine place for this kind of work.
