Our place is at P No 264 in Durgesh Vihar, Bhopal. It is a residential area that has been seeing more activity lately. We have our office set up here, and it serves as the home base for all our development work. Bhopal is a big city, but Durgesh Vihar has its own specific feel. We are mostly focused on building houses and managing small plots. You will usually find us surrounded by stacks of paper and sample bricks. It is not the most organized-looking office, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time dealing with the city offices and making sure all the permits are actually in place before we start digging. It is a lot of legwork. The team at Qb Developers Private Limited is small, and we have all known each other for years. Sometimes we have meetings out on the porch when the weather is nice. We do not do much in the way of fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people who see our signs on construction sites. We just want to get the houses built so families can move in. There are always challenges, like rain delaying the cement or getting the right workers on site, but that is just how this business goes. We stay grounded and just take things one day at a time. It is an honest living and we like being part of the local community here.
