Our office is on the mezzanine floor of Manas Parisar in Zone-1. If you've ever spent time in M.P. Nagar, you know how hectic it can get with all the offices and coaching centers around. We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of everything in Bhopal. The mezzanine floor is a bit of a low ceiling, so if you’re tall, you have to watch your head in a couple of spots. We’ve been at Plot No. 191/B/1 for a while, and it’s served us well. It’s not a massive space, but we have enough room for our computers and a small table where we eat our lunch. The noise from the street filtered through the windows is just part of our daily background music. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy working on tech projects. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of managers. We just have people who do the actual work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if the weather is nice. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us. We know the tea seller downstairs better than we know our own neighbors sometimes. It’s just a normal Bhopal business, trying to get things right and keep our people happy without making a big fuss about everything we do.
