We are based out of Lig 1044 in Dd Nagar. It’s a pretty standard place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Pawar Construction Works is really just a group of us who have been doing this for years. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. Dealing with construction in this area means you get to know the neighbors pretty well. There’s always someone asking when the noise will stop or if we can help with a small patch job. We try to be helpful when we can. Our days usually start pretty early before the sun gets too hot. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the labor shows up on time. Dd Nagar is a decent place to work from, even if it gets a bit crowded sometimes. We don’t really go for the big fancy advertisements you see on the main roads. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our trucks around. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. Sometimes we wonder why we got into this business with all the headaches of permits and rising costs of cement, but then a project gets finished and it feels alright. We just keep our heads down and do the next job on the list. That’s how it goes here every day, just pushing through the tasks and getting the buildings finished.
