Parshv Housing

Parshv Housing is located at Lb-10 in the Mansarovar Complex, right in Arera Colony. Mansarovar is a busy place with a lot of different shops and offices. Our space is down in the lower block, so it stays a bit cooler in the summer which is nice. We focus on housing projects around Arera Colony and other parts of the city. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people dropping in and the phone ringing. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or anything. It’s just a place where we can sit down and talk about construction. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other business owners in the complex. Most of our day is spent checking on materials or talking to the workers at the sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job on the houses we are building. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like the cement being late or the rain starting unexpectedly. We just take it as it comes. We are pretty straightforward people and we don’t like complicated talk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some site photos. We keep a stack of old blueprints in the corner that we probably should have thrown away years ago.
