Our office for Paras Housing Pvt Ltd is over at 243-b196 in Arera Hills, right near MP Nagar Zone 1. It’s an interesting spot because Arera Hills is a bit different from the busy streets of Zone 1. We have a decent view and it’s a bit quieter here, which helps when we need to focus on our housing projects. We spend most of our time dealing with residential buildings. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in housing, more than people think. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the job is done. Sometimes that means staying late to finish a report or meeting a client on a Saturday. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. The office is filled with old folders and some models of buildings we’ve worked on. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We like the area because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't do much in terms of advertising, we just rely on the work we’ve already done. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner and a heavy desk that's been here since we opened.
