Our office is located at the Oriental Campus on Raisen Road. You can find us right opposite Patel Nagar. Mr. Praveen Thakral is the person in charge here. Oriental Surendra Developers Private Limited has been around this part of town for a good bit of time. Raisen Road is always busy with traffic and people going back and forth but our spot is easy enough to spot once you get close to Patel Nagar. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to contractors. Developing land isn't as easy as it looks on TV. There are a lot of details that get messy and complicated. We try to keep track of it all without getting too bogged down in the small stuff. It’s a local business so we care about what the neighborhood looks like. We aren't some big firm from the capital. We live here and work here. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute and we have to scramble to get the right people on site, but that is just how the industry goes. We have a small team sitting in the office and they are the ones who really keep things running. If you drop by you’ll probably see us with a lot of blueprints spread out on the table. It is honest work and it pays the bills. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just developers trying to do a decent job for the local area.
