One23 Agon Internet Private Limited is based in Dwarika Apartment, specifically in unit 404. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the street below. It’s a standard apartment building, so the office feels like a home in many ways. We’ve got our servers and computers set up in the different rooms. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have fans and the AC to keep things moving. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby. When you walk in, you just see people working. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because things stay simple. We mostly deal with internet-related tasks all day long. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery for one of the other flats. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check the systems, and start on the list of things to do. There’s no big hierarchy or anything; we just talk across the desks. If someone needs help, they just ask. It’s a very laid-back environment without any of that corporate pressure. We just do our thing in apartment 404 and try to make sure everything is working like it should before we lock up for the night and head out.
