One Sulien Constructions Private Limited

Our office is at 193, Bhatnagar Colony in the Civil Lines area. One Sulien Constructions Private Limited is the name we go by. It is a quiet spot, tucked away from the main road traffic. The building is an older one, but it has plenty of space for everything we need to do. We have been here for several years now and it feels like home. Civil Lines is a good neighborhood, and Bhatnagar Colony is easy for our staff to get to every morning. We handle all our construction planning and administration from this one location. We have a big map of the city on the wall with pins in all the places where we have work going on right now. The office always smells a bit like old paper and ink. We do not put on any airs here. If you come by to see us, you will probably see us in our work clothes, drink in hand, talking about cement or steel prices. We are not a high-rise corporate office with glass walls. We just do our work and then head home to our families. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or local families. It feels very grounded and real. We spend a lot of time on the phone with our site supervisors to make sure things are moving. It is a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up on time. That is pretty much what our days look like.
