Ocn Developers & Builders Private Limited

We operate Ocn Developers & Builders out of 124-1, C-3, at the Chandra Nagarlal Bungalow. It is a bit different than being in a regular glass office building. Being in a bungalow gives the place a more relaxed feel, though we are still very busy most of the time. The rooms are filled with the usual office gear like printers, folders, and rolls of architectural drawings. We spend our hours going over numbers and making sure our builders have what they need. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere nearby. The neighborhood is mostly calm, which is nice when we have to focus on complicated plans. We do not have a big corporate structure here. It is just a handful of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local building codes and the people at the municipal offices. Most of our work comes from word of mouth rather than big ads. We prefer it that way because it means people trust what we do. Sometimes the dogs in the street make a lot of noise, but that is just part of being in this area. We aren't fancy people. We wear clothes that we do not mind getting a bit of dust on. Our main goal is just to finish the current project so we can start the next one. It is a steady rhythm of planning, building, and fixing things that go wrong. We just keep at it every day.
