Nraj Tutors

Nraj Tutors is based in Raj Toawer, which is over in Barkheda. This is part of the Bhel side of Bhopal. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir. You can usually hear the morning prayers if you’re here early enough. The tower itself is just a regular commercial building with different shops and offices. Our space is tucked away on one of the floors. It’s a bit cramped when we have a full class, but we make it work. We have some basic desks and chairs, and a small area where we keep our books. We aren't a big institution with a lot of funding. We are just a small team of tutors. We started doing this because we lived nearby and realized kids needed extra help. Barkheda is a friendly area. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the families who live in the blocks around us. We don't have any promotional slogans or fancy posters. We just teach. If a student is having a hard time with a concept, we spend the extra time needed. There’s no rush to get them out the door. Sometimes we have a little chat about life or cricket during the breaks. It’s an informal atmosphere. We just want to be a helpful part of the community here. Most people hear about us from their friends and neighbors who have been here before.
