About Bombay International School – Education in Bhopal
Bombay International School is tucked away at B 34 in the Housing Board Colony of Kohe Fiza, Bhopal. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized building that serves the local families around here. Kohe Fiza is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which makes it a good spot for a school. We have a handful of classrooms and some space for the children to spend their break time. Most of our students walk from nearby houses or come in by rickshaw. The mornings start early with the gates opening at the same time every single day. We spend our hours going through the syllabus and marking papers. It’s a steady kind of work. The teachers are mostly people from around Bhopal who have been with us for a while. We drink tea in the small staff room and talk about how the kids are doing. When it gets really hot in the summer, we just try to keep the windows open for a breeze. The building itself is older, and you can see that in the floors and the doors. We don’t have flashy signs or big marketing campaigns. We just keep the school running and make sure the kids have a place to study. It’s a practical setup at B 34 that fits the needs of the community without being too complicated or polished. We just do the work and try to stay on schedule.
