Micaply

We've been over here at the Mandideep industrial area for quite a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 23-24 in the New Sector, Phase-II. It is a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going all day long. Micaply isn't a fancy place, just a regular setup where we get the work done. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of the country, but the roof keeps us dry when the monsoon hits. Most of us have been working together in this building for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall nearby pretty well. Being in Phase-II means there is always noise from the other shops, but that is just how it is around here. We start early in the morning and stay until the job is finished. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have any big flashy signs out front. Just the door and the machines inside. People usually find us because they know the address or someone told them where we are. It’s quiet in the office part but noisy on the floor. That’s how we like it. We focus on what’s in front of us. No big meetings or anything like that, just everyday tasks. If you are looking for us, look for the big gate near the corner of the sector. We are usually there six days a week, sometimes more if things are busy.
