Mapaex Reality Private Limited

Our office is at E-7, Hig-500 in Arera Colony, which is a well-known part of Bhopal. Mapaex Reality Private Limited has been operating out of this Hig house for some time now. Arera Colony is quite green compared to the rest of the city, and it is a nice place to come to work every morning. We have converted part of the house into our main office space where we handle all the reality and property business. It is not a very formal environment; we usually have the doors open and you can hear the birds or the neighbors going about their day. We spend our time looking at property listings, talking to buyers, and sorting out the legal paperwork that comes with real estate. Bhopal is a city that is growing fast, so there is always something new happening in the market. We have a small team, and we all know each other well, which makes the work day go by a bit faster. There is no big sign outside, just our address and a few cars parked in the driveway. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a local service than a big company. If you are around E-7, you might see us out on the porch discussing a new project or heading out to show a house. We just try to keep things simple.
