Manav Sangrhalay Canteen.Lv

Started here in Shamla Hills near the museum because it seemed like a good spot for people to grab a bite. It gets quite busy when the school groups come through during the week. We spend most of the morning getting things ready before the sun gets too hot over the hills. People come in tired from walking around the exhibits and they just want a seat and something simple to eat. The view of the hills from here is okay, though we don't have much time to look at it ourselves while working. We have been here at Manav Sangrhalay Canteen.Lv for a while now. It’s mostly just us making sure there is enough food for whoever walks in. Sometimes the rains make it a bit quiet, but usually, there is a steady flow of folks. We don’t do anything fancy, just the regular stuff people expect when they are out for the day. Cleaning up takes a lot of time every evening after everyone leaves. The shelves are mostly stocked with snacks and the basic things you’d need in a hurry. My cousin helps out when it gets crowded. It is a lot of work keeping up with the orders, especially on weekends. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s just a bit of a rush. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us here every day. It feels good when the day is over. We just keep going.
