Malawar Infrabuild Projects Private Limited is located on the third floor at MIG 303. We are in the B Type B Block of Sagar Kunj, right in the Kolar Banjari area of Bhopal. Our office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It’s in the 462001 area of Madhya Pradesh. From the third floor balcony, you can see the busy Kolar road and all the people going about their day. We work on various infra projects around the city. It involves a lot of sitting around the table looking at government papers and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a flashy setup at all. We have some old filing cabinets and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they already know where Sagar Kunj is located. Bhopal is a big place and the traffic on Kolar road can be a total nightmare during rush hour, so we try to schedule our site visits very carefully. We are just a small group of people trying to keep our projects moving along as best we can. There’s always some new problem to solve, whether it’s a late delivery of cement or a mistake in the architectural plans. We just take it one day at a time and get the work finished.
