Our office is on the first floor of Plot No 228 in Zone-I of MP Nagar. If you know Bhopal, you know MP Nagar is always moving and there’s always something going on outside. L1-Rtc India is a small setup where we handle various technical and operational tasks. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; it’s usually just one of us getting up to answer the door. We started this because we had some experience in the field and figured we could do it on our own. It hasn't always been easy, but we’ve managed to keep things going. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction in the area, but we try to keep it tidy. We aren't big on using corporate jargon or trying to sound like we’re from some huge international firm. We’re just here in Zone-I, doing what we know how to do. Some days are slow and we spend them organizing our files, and other days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s a basic business model: we do the work, people pay us, and we try to do it right. Being in MP Nagar puts us in the middle of everything, which is convenient for a lot of things.
