You can find us over in Arera Colony at E-3/163. It’s a nice enough area and fairly quiet compared to the main market roads. We’ve been operating out of here for a bit now, focusing on the organic side of things. It started small and it’s still pretty manageable today. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to discuss what needs to be delivered next. My cousin helps out with the logistics and we have a couple of people who handle the packing and labeling. We don’t have a big store front with neon signs or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or they just know the address from someone else. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the stock we have in the back rooms. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around to finish the billing, but we get it done eventually. Arera Colony is a good place to be because it’s central for most of our deliveries. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the business stuff. If someone stops by, they’ll see we are just regular people working. We handle various organic items and try to keep things as clean and straightforward as possible. It is a lot of back and forth with suppliers, but that is how it goes.
