Our place is at House No. E-6/127, right near the 11 No. Stop. If you see the Sai Board, you’re pretty much there. It’s a house, so it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We’ve set up some rooms for the business activities. Arera Colony is quite green, which fits with the organic stuff we handle every day. Most of our mornings are spent organizing the shelves and seeing what came in the night before from the farms. We get quite a bit of foot traffic because of the bus stop being so close to our door. People often poke their heads in to see what we are doing or to ask about the products. We have a small team, mostly just family and a few helpers from the local neighborhood. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock arriving, but we manage by keeping things organized in the back rooms. We don't spend much on advertising; we just hope the stuff we sell is good enough for people to come back. Dealing with organic goods can be tricky because you have to be careful about how things are stored, so we spend a lot of time checking the temperature and the bags. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving things, but it keeps us busy and active throughout the day.
