Our place is over in the Mandideep industrial area, specifically at Plot 46 and 47 in A Sector. Most people around here know the Mata Mandir, and we are located right near it. It’s a loud, busy part of town with trucks coming and going all day long. Katim is basically just a group of us working out of this facility to handle the production side of things. The yard gets pretty dusty in the summer and muddy when the rains hit, but that’s just how it is in this part of Madhya Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the warehouse and a small space for the paperwork. We started out small and stayed that way for a reason. Working in an industrial area means you get to know the neighbors, and we usually help each other out with tools or advice when things break down. We keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with whatever issue popped up that morning. People find us because they need what we make, and we try to get it to them without too much fuss. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
