You can find Kalash Realcon Private Limited at Plot 20 on the main road in the Shiva Royal Court Commercial Zone, which is in the Bawadiya Kala area of Bhopal. It is a developing part of the city, and being in a commercial zone means there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office is right there on the main road, so it is easy to stop by if you are passing through. We work on real estate and construction projects, mostly around this side of Bhopal. The space inside is quite functional, with plenty of room for our files and the drawings we need for our current jobs. We are not into the whole corporate image thing. We prefer to just talk to people plainly about what they need and what we can actually do for them. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much in the evenings, but it also means we are easy to find. We have seen Bawadiya Kala grow from almost nothing to a busy suburb, and we have been here for a good part of that journey. It is a lot of coordination with laborers, suppliers, and city planners. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we are doing right by the project. It is a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of all the action in Shiva Royal Court. It feels like we are part of the growth.
