Our office is tucked away in 502 Lucky Plaza, right in the heart of Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy part of Bhopal, and finding a parking spot can be a headache some mornings. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Infrastructure work sounds big, but for us, it’s mostly about making sure the details are right on the ground. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around this part of Madhya Pradesh for years. We aren't interested in flashy meetings. Usually, there’s a lot of files and maps spread out over the tables. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and supply chains. Some days the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we keep moving. Being in a plaza means there's always noise from the street, but you get used to it. We handle projects that take a long time to finish, so patience is something we’ve had to learn. It’s practical work. We see the roads and the structures being built and know we had a hand in it. We don't have a big corporate feel because we are just local guys working in an office. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss or extra talk. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a turning point, but that's just part of it.
