You can find Indicus Ventures Pvt. Ltd. at E-6, Mig 12, right near the 11 No Bus Stop in Arera Colony. This is a residential area, so it feels much more relaxed than a typical office district in the city center. We operate out of a regular house that has been converted into a small office space over time. There is a little garden in the front that usually needs some weeding. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people sitting at desks in what used to be the main living room of the house. The kitchen is still there and works fine, so we often make our own lunch or tea during the day. It’s a bit informal compared to most businesses. Sometimes we take our meetings out on the terrace if the sun isn't too hot. We deal with a lot of emails and phone calls throughout the morning and afternoon. The bus stop is very close, which makes it easy for people to find us, but parking a car on the street can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. The walls are just plain white and we have a few potted plants to make the place feel a bit more comfortable. It’s a quiet spot, which helps us focus on our tasks without too many distractions. We don’t have a receptionist, so if you knock, one of us will just come and let you in. It’s a low-key environment.
