Icon Bricks Industry Ltd.

Over here in Sehore, we have Icon Bricks Industry Ltd. Our place is by the Housing Board, right near the Sheetal Vihar Colony. It’s a growing area, so there’s always someone building something new around here. We see the houses going up in the colony and it reminds us why we’re out here in the sun every day. Our setup isn't fancy, even with the "Ltd" in the name. It’s still just a bunch of us moving heavy blocks and managing the yard. The office is a small room where we keep the receipts and drink tea when it gets too hot to stand outside. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know the sound of our equipment by now. We don't go around making big claims or using corporate slogans. We just focus on the inventory and making sure we don't run out when a big order comes in. The dust from the bricks gets into everything, your hair, your clothes, even your lunch if you aren't careful. That’s just the way it is in the brick business. We talk to the local contractors and the homeowners who stop by in their trucks. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend our time checking the quality of the mix and making sure the drying process goes right. It’s a simple, local operation and we’re happy to be part of the Sehore community.
