It’s a local setup here. The office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and manage the guys on the construction sites. Khairpalari is a quiet spot most of the time, but we keep busy with the building work that comes in. We’ve been around for a bit now, just handling small and medium projects nearby. It’s mostly about getting the materials on site and making sure the walls go up straight. Manohar is usually around if someone needs to talk about a job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing the work we do. The weather out here can make things difficult sometimes, especially when the rains come and the roads get messy, but we try to keep moving. Most of our days are spent checking on the foundations or talking to suppliers about cement prices. It is a simple way of doing things.
