We are located at 86/1 in Sunder Sawri Colony. It is a quiet enough spot for an office. Great Friends Builders, Constructions & Real Estate Private Limited is what we call ourselves. The name is long, but we are just a few guys who have known each other a long time. We figured we could work together on building stuff. Sunder Sawri Colony has been changing a lot lately with new houses popping up. We are part of that change. It is not always easy running a construction business. You have to find good workers and make sure materials show up when they say they will. Most days we are just covered in cement dust and drinking tea while looking at plans. It is practical work. We handle real estate too, which means a lot of talking to people about land. Nothing fancy about it. We just use what we have and do the work. If you walk down the street in the colony, you'll see where we are. We don't have big signs or anything. Just the number 86/1. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are busy. Building things takes a lot of patience. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy in our own neighborhood. It’s a good life, even with the stress of deadlines. We’re just local friends trying to make a go of it in the trade.
