We are based in Bhopal at Flat Number 101 in the Silver Tulip Apartment. This is over in Gulmohar Colony, which is a pretty well-known spot in the Huzur area. Our place is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. Since we are doing the fresh and healthy food thing, we have people coming by quite often. The apartment is not very large, but we have organized it so that we have enough room for our supplies and a small desk for the computer work. It is mostly just us working here throughout the week. Bhopal weather can be a bit dry, so we try to keep the place cool. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up about delivery schedules. It feels like a home because it basically is one, just with more boxes and paperwork than usual. We know the neighbors pretty well and they do not mind the activity. Usually, we are busy sorting through things or making calls to see where our next batch of greens is coming from. It is a honest living and we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes we sit out on the little porch area when things are quiet just to get some sun. It is a simple life here in Gulmohar Colony and we are just happy to be doing our thing without any big corporate pressure.
