Gestureminds Software Private Limited is situated in Girnar Velly in Bhopal. We are in Block A, at H-1. Bhopal is a nice city and it is a bit slower than other places, which we actually prefer for doing software work. Girnar Velly is a quiet neighborhood most of the time. Our office is more like a workspace where we can think without too much noise from the main road. We have got our computers and our tea mugs, and that is about all you will see if you walk inside. We do not believe in having lots of meetings or corporate talk. We just get on with the coding and the testing parts of the job. It is a small operation, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing. Being in Madhya Pradesh, specifically the 462010 area, means we are close to where we live. The team is just a bunch of regular people who happen to be okay at software. We do not have a human resources department or fancy job titles. We just use our first names. Most days involve a lot of typing and some small arguments over how a specific feature should work. It is honest work. We are not trying to change the whole world; we just want to make software that functions like it is meant to. Sometimes we take a walk in the valley when our eyes get tired. It is a simple life for a software company, but it works for us.
