Future Devcon Private Limited

The office for Future Devcon Private Limited is located over at H. No. D/15 in the B.D.A. Colony. It’s in the Koh-E-Fiza area, which is a pretty nice part of town to work from. We are a small team, mostly just focusing on development and construction work around here. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the different spots where we have projects going on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that’s in front of us. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and workers. It can be a bit of a headache when things don't arrive on time, but we manage. Our office is basically where we keep all the maps and files that we need to keep track of everything. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of paper. We like being in Koh-E-Fiza because it’s easy for people to find us. Usually, someone is there to answer the door, unless we’re all out on a site somewhere. We take on various types of building work. It’s practical stuff. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things. If you walk by D/15, you’ll see us working away. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the common problems that pop up in this business.
