Fellowminds Private Limited is over at 11, Bhawani Shree. We are tucked behind Bhawani Parisar Chhatrasal, in Phase-1 of the BHEL area in Bhopal. The pin code is 462022. It’s a very local spot and we like it that way. Most of us have lived in Bhopal for years. Working in the BHEL area feels familiar and easy. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a coffee machine that breaks down more than we would like. We spend our days working on different mental and technical tasks. It’s a mix of things really. We don't have a big corporate manual or a lot of rules. We just figure things out as they come up. Sometimes we go for a walk in the Chhatrasal area when we need a break from the screens. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses. It’s a friendly vibe. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do. We are just a group of people trying to do good work. Some days are long and we stay late to finish up. Other days we finish early and head home. We don't have any big meetings about our vision or anything like that. We just talk over coffee in the morning. It’s much more natural that way. Being in Bhopal suits us. It’s a good city with a steady pace of life. We are just happy to be here doing what we do.
